I have 2 windows 10 pro x64 dell machines that i buit up last week. I'm at a total loss. That Should make it re-register with DNS and should solve your problem. Also check the Network Location, i. Double check the location is actually showing as domain, its possible to be joined to the domain but the network location set to Public. I had an entire floor of desktop machines which recently decided to do this after the switch blipped for a moment.

I've just deleted the computer in AD, changed it from domain to workgroup and then back again - hasnt fixed the problem.
Should i delete it from DNS? It's annoyingly common, but if you can access it from the IP you know your sharing and connectivity setup is Ok, so always check DNS next. A quick check of the current IP against NSLookup before you go looking in depth can save a bit of time.
